Część A Regulamin: Postanowienia odnośnie Wysyłki

1. Orders can be done via the website by adding products to the "Cart" OR by sending an email to [email protected]
2. Payment methods: bank transfer to the account number sent by e-mail within 24 hours after placing the order or Paypal.
3. Time of shipment of the package: usually the same day, but due to the number of orders up to 48 hours
4. Shipping methods: In PL: Parcel Locker - PLN 15 or priority registered letter PLN 18. International shipping PLN 36 registered letter or PLN 40 Global Express. In Poland, the fastest option is a parcel locker from 1 to 3 days, post office - from 2 days. Foreign parcels arrive by letter for 2 weeks, while Global Express from 1 week to a maximum of 2 weeks. We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier.
5. Rottweiler Pharmacy gwarantuje otrzymanie przesyłki. Rottweiler wysyła drugą paczkę jeśli przedmiot zostanie uszkodzony w transporcie.
6. Dla zamówień w PL od 250 zł wysyłka gratis.

Część B Regulamin: Postanowienia Ogólnie

1. Rottweiler Pharmacy only sells online in retail and wholesale quantities
2. The regulations define the rules of Rottweiler Pharmacy. By placing an order, you accept the regulations.
3. Zamówienie, aby przeszło do realizacji musi posiadać wypełnienie danych do wysyłki. Dane powinny zawierać w szczególności numer telefonu, mejla i adres bądź numer paczkomatu. Rottweiler Pharmacy nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utraconą paczkę w przypadku podania błędnych danych. Team zastrzega możliwość wstrzymania zamówienia.
4. According to the prevailing law, the buyers' data will be used only for the purpose of sending the package. They will not be used or shared in any way.
5. The product prices listed under the products do not include shipping costs. Shipping is added at the end of the order.
6. When performing the order by site, it is obligatory to accept the regulations.
7. Rottweiler Pharmacy informs that it is not possible to collect the purchased goods in person.
8. Payments should be made only given in the e-mail.
9. Klient w przypadku braku jakiegoś produktu ma możliwość A: Kontynuować bez określonego artykułu, B : Anulować zamówienie.
10. Failure to collect the parcel means loss of the parcel. The Rottweiler will not resend if the package has not been collected
11. The Rottweiler Pharamcy does not accept returns.
